Discovered by Quincy Jones in 1984, Garrett has written and/or performed with just about any great you can think of: Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Miles Davis, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jamie Foxx, Anne Hathaway, Common, Ray Charles, Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Toto, Sheena Easton, and the list goes on and on. Her musical influence is near endless and displays an incredible ability to craft timeless works of art.
