Florence Price (born 1887 in Little Rock, AR), started a life in music very early. Playing her first recital at age four and having her first composition published by the age of eleven, Florence display the promise of a life filled with music and intricacy. After many years of lost works, Price's music is being rediscovered and the world is richer for it.
